It has always disturbed me how BAD the skooma in oblivion is, I mean, it's the only drug in this otherwise perfect gamI changed the duration of the Skooma to 1100 secs, this will give you the feeling that this is the real deal. I also made it fortify your personality, when you are an drugs you're happy, and makes other people happy!
