Description
One of the better Cardassian designs made specifically for A2, the Brinok class appeared as a stock cruiser. Its fork-tailed design and overall shape has made it an old favourite, but as with so much of the stock content, the years and the onward progress of A2 modding have not been overly kind to it.

What makes this mod unique is that Dan1025 didn't do this as a rebuild just because the Brinok class obviously needed to be given a substantial upgrade to the point of being a formidable design once again. No, Dan chose to do this one because it was one of the previewed designs that were supposed to be available in the long-awaited Dogs of War mod, being put together by K7A. For a number of months last year, DoW screenshots were a constant reminder of content the rest of us didn't have yet, but would as soon as K7A released his mod.The Brinok was one of several Cardassian re-builds that were going to be featured, and we were all excited.

Here we are a year later, and Dan has finally given us a Brinok that not only looks better than the old pics in the forum which K7A offered us, it's also lower poly and (most importantly) available to you at last for download. This ship is intended as a replacement for stock, so the contents are balanced to stock and the build buttons and wireframes will need to come from there as well.

I think Dan1025 deserves a big hand for giving something amazing to the community that was promised from a mod we'll probably never see.
