Description
After what must seem like forever, the team that is developing DoomChronicles is here to to deliver! For those of you that have been in a coma, or living in a commune, and are wondering what this mod is all about, then read on: DoomChronicles is a modification for [b]Doom3[/b] that revamps the multiplayer experience with the addition of many features; This mod aims to provide an improved multiplayer experience by bringing a mix of classic and new gameplay elements and improved technical aspects to Doom3, and is more centered on creating a solid gameplay than having high customization abilities.
[b]Some of the fixes in this version include:[/b]
Fixed the powerup timer not resetting for the local client on a listen server.
Fixed the speed of the run animation to match the increased movement speed.
Fixed several issues related to items respawn times.
Fixed a bug causing increased bandwidth usage.
Improved the weapons pickup trigger size.
Fixed some issues with projectiles impact effects.
The bots support all of DoomChronicles features including the alternate fire of weapons and are capable of using elevators, jumppads and teleporters to navigate the maps; this release also improves network performance by fixing an issue causing excessive bandwidth usage.

[b]Some of the changes included are:[/b]
Revamped the pre-game warmup, now it can be truly disabled and the HUD displays more info such the count down timer and player names in tourney games.
Removed the spawn effects “shake” due performance and gameplay issues.
Removed the player spawn animation due visual and gameplay issues

If you currently have v0.10, you need to [file="85158"]go here for the update patch[/file]. Linux and Mac support is planned and will be ready shortly after initial release.[/i]
