Dureal sabers

I\'d like to start with a pair of words that sums this little package up quite nicely: horribly overpowered. Now that that\'s over, let\'s get to the real review. What we have here is a package of five modified Katarn hilts, two of which lack textures. I\'ll try and take \'em all on separately.

Let\'s go from bad to worst. So, for appetizers, we have the Dureal. The blade itself seems normal, but then you start using it and you realize that there\'s some godly focusing crystals in this thing. It blocks better, breaks locks better, tosses other sabers better, can\'t be involutanirly thrown from your hand and kills better, all of that by a factor of two. The staff version does the same, as do the Tavion and Desann style modded hilts (the latter has a bigger blade as well).

The main course. Dureal Shikai. Ten times longer than your average saber, three times the blades, ten times the parry, parry break and disarm bonuses, twice the damage and five times the knockback. Infinitely chainable, can\'t be saberlocked nor disarmed, but it does slow you down a bit.

And now, ladies, gentlemen, various beasts and critters, we have the dessert. The coup de grace. The big bad wolf. The master of overpowering. Dureal Bankai. Seven blades. Ten times the saber length. [u]One hundred[/u] times the parry, parry break and disarm bonuses, plus damage (700 times the standard saber damage!) and knockback multiplied by the same factor. Infinitely chainable, can\'t be saberlocked nor disarmed and makes you twice as fast.

Basically these are all cheat sabers. They\'re good if you want to kill a lot of guys really fast, but since they\'re so overpowered I can\'t see any server really using them. Seriously, with the Bankai, a glancing blow is all you need to seriously mangle any would-be attacker. But if you\'re one for great destruction in the blink of an eye, who am I to stop you from getting these?
