Freedon Nadds Lightsaber Hilt

Freedon Nadd is a most interesting character, not least because the only time any pictures appear of him, he is in his orange glowy Sith spirit form, so we have no idea what he actually looked like properly. I would love to see a skin/model made of him *hint hint* ;)

Here however we have his lightsaber hilt, one of a flurry of excellent new mods from SimonKTemplar. Judging from the fact that there are hardly any reference pictures of Freedon Nadd as it is, I wouldn't have thought that there would be any of his lightsaber hilt, but apparently the author was able to find a picture that showed enough of the distinguishing features to make a hilt model, with a little artistic license of course. The result is pretty unique, and I am really pleased that someone has brought us a mod based on a person from the distant Star Wars past. For those of you not familiar with [url=http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Freedon_Nadd]Freedon Nadd[/url] he was a Sith Lord from the Tales of the Jedi era comics, in the Star Wars time line that's about 4400 BBY (Before the Battle of Yavin) which makes it around 500 years before the Knights of the Old Republic era.

Now that I have educated you all on ancient Star Wars history, lets wrap up this review! :P

Overall excellent work here, my only complaint is that the player characters left hand is right down at the bottom of the hilt, and in fact the hilt ends mid way through the palm, so half of the players left hand isn't holding anything, meaning it is either a little too short, or the placement of the model in relation to the player isn't quite right. That however is not a problem you would really notice unless you were looking for it, so its not a big deal.

I look forward to seeing the rest of the mods that SimonKTemplar currently has in our waiting list! :D
