Double Click on the Zipped File, You'll see 3 Files (LUA, DATA, MATERIALS) Highlight ALL OF THEM, COPY, THEN PASTE INTO Steam/SteamApps/yourname/garrysmod/garrysmod IF IT ASKS YOU TO MERGE, CLICK YES, PLAY GARRY'S MOD, ENABLE KEEP CORPSES, AND THEN BRUTALLY MURDER SOMEONE
