Instant Epic Battle Mod

Instant Epic Battle Mod pretty much describes it...it features epic battles! Basically this mod increases the squad cap for each race depending on their class. Here is the changelog:

Med-Low infantry = 20
Med-High infantry = 15
Commanders = 5
Low Vehicles = 8
High Vehicles = 5

Also, each squad member costs 1 req and power.
