Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II Saber Hilt: Qu Rahn

There’s nothing like reviewing a mod from my fellow staff member who still has that modding urge. This one focuses on adding another lightsaber hilt model to your collection if you so wish in 2003 game of the year, [i]Knights of the Old Republic[/i].

This particular hilt is based on a character from Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight, a game released back in 1997. That character’s name is Rhan. Even though Rhan had a short role at the beginning of the game, it was his lightsaber that Kyle Katarn used throughout the game once he got his hands on it at his father’s old home. If you thought the lightsaber hilt style was really cool, then you may like playing with it.

There has been a trend going on here for a while now and my fellow staff member has contributed to it. He only made this for the first KOTOR game and our TSL saber hilt section is lacking while we have tons of options in K1. In case I forget to suggest this later to him, I thought I would put this in the review because I know he’ll read it and I won’t have to remember that later, but to make everybody happy in a situation like this is when you can make a mod that can be used in both KOTOR games, you do it. You’ll see that in my personal mod archive and most of them were released that same day.

This mod does use the TSL Patcher and the instructions on how to purchase the item and/or cheat for the saber and the saber crystal is in the readme file. Enjoy! :D
