[file="70767"]HapSlash's Anakin Skywalker[/file] is still ever popular as a base for many reskins, and while few of them venture very far from their base, some of them are still indeed interesting. I would classify this one under that heading. It's definitely not strayed too far from Anakin Skywalker, but it is still an interesting subject in its own right. The skin contains three versions: unrobed, robed, and robed/hooded. The robe and the black portions of the clothing seem to have some strange text overlaid atop them. Not like clan tags, but more like the material itself is some kind of manuscript. An original that I've seen, as far as I know. The rest of the skin seems to favor a white and blue theme, and with the black it makes for excellent contrast. The white parts have more of a stone or dull metal feel to them, and actually look raised against the rough-looking blue cloth. The only bits that look a bit odd are the raised portions on the robe, which somehow still look flat. Well, you can't have everything.

There seem to be no real team skins - both are defined, but both are also the same as the default - and unfortunately there is no bot or NPC support. Sounds are defined, thankfully, so this guy won't sound like Jaden... but he [i]does[/i] sound like Rax Joris, which I found equally surprising, and honestly somewhat frightening. Anakin just doesn't look like he would sound like a heavy-set slobbish Imperial. But, since most of the sounds will never be heard in MP in baseJKA, I suppose debating it is a moot point, as the pain and death sounds really don't sound that much like Joris's speaking voice anyhow.

Overall a unique, though still very much Anakin reskin of what has become a very popular model. Not a straight recolor to be sure, so it may be worth downloading for some of you!
