Robin has returned with his newest creation! This single-player map fits the bill for any FC gamer that is looking for a map that will bring you some great Far Cry gaming pleasure; Much like his previous releases, rll_Red Canyon comes complete with an engaging back story and some good ol\' fashioned Far Cry action!

Your job, should you choose to except it, will be to locate and dispatch the Mutant Krieger; This will not be as simple as it sounds, but that will become evident once you\'re in-game. Expect heavy resistance along the way, as the Mercs are more cunning, they will hunt you down and pick you off at long distances...because of this, they will need to be eliminated with extreme prejudice.

The Mutant Krieger has created a new serum that makes monsters resistant to damage, reports are that he is working on a new serum that he is going to use on himself that will make him invincible. He must be stopped. Krieger has hired dozens of mercenaries and supplied them with an exceptional arsenal to protect him until his serum is complete. So, not only will you have the problem of being out-manned, but you will also be hopelessly out-gunned, and depending on your IQ and improvisational skills, you may be out-smarted...the thing to remember is that running around like \'[i]Rambo[/i] on crack\' will not do you any favors, stealth is the key here! Be sure to pack clean socks and plenty of ammo, and keep in mind the parting words of Robin:[i]\"Game can be beaten as long as you expect the unexpected.\"[/i]
[b]The developer has also supplied a few tips to help in your adventure:[/b]
Do not go over canyon walls. Game will be compromised.
Do not explore the map go directly to objectives. If you explore you could be in a place that
could take out critical saves.
When under heavy attack switch to the pistol. You can run and get out of there faster.
Take your time. Do not go in gung-ho. The farther you go into the canyon the more mercs will
come after you.
This adventure will [u]not[/u] be a walk in the park, so keep your eyes and ears open, use your skills and remember, the most important thing to remember about stealth missions are cover & concealment...these can\'t be used 100% of the time, but use them whenever possible; Killing Krieger and the serum is not a race, but time [i]is[/i] of the essence, so keep the picnics to a minimum...
