So apparently this file is rotten, as well as in French, and it uses the letter X quite a bit. It was written for JA+ so it would do you best if you listened to the author and didn't use it for any other server. Now, the actually relevant things were written in scripteese so I will leave them in the readme where it belongs, however I DO know that you are supposed to mess with this, hopefully leading to your own super special creation.
