This mod adds a new NPC over at the road by The Upper Nibean(screenshot includes where) If you choose to start his quest(not sure why you'd download a quest mod and not want tAn Archeologist is uncovering the ruin of a quite mysterious alyied device. There seems to be a portal in the center of a ritualistic structure and it is connected to Great Stones found on 4 alyeid ruins.
