Here is the Romulan Senator Class Dreadnought, an upgraded version of the Sparrowhawk Cruiser. The main difference between this ship and hte Sparrowhawk cruiser is that the Senator has a third nacelle as well as, extra pulse cannons, extra beam disruptors and an upgraded power system. It's shields are actualy slightly less powerfull than the Firehawk class, and the ship itself is 25m shorter, so it is considered a pocket DN, rather than a true DN.

It's design push came from a single senator, who used it as his flagship during trials, and when the class upgrades were officlly ordered, it was refered to as the Senator class. The class would be upgraded in later era's as well, though the actual act of refitting the Sparrow class to DN would cease after a short time, and only a handful survived the dominion war.

This ship is fairly well armed for such a role. This ship is armed with Nine Disruptors arranged around the ship for full coverage, as well as a heavy disruptor, four forward pulse cannons, two aft pulse cannons as well as forward and aft torpedo launchers. This ship is fairly powerful for its era, although will struggle against something from the TNG era and beyond.
