Description
Tau Advanced Post is a map that represents a ruined imperial city where Tau established a hidden colony. The city is surrounded by water and cut bridges. The Tau structures are a mix between ancient human buildings which provide a substrate for the alien settlement.

This map is designed for an unusual game. Players start with few strategic points around the base, so they must move and expand quickly to gain victory. Most of resources are concentrated in the middle strip, in a large negative-cover area. This strip looks like a "no man's land" crossing the urban territory. To take a good advantage, players are forced to build an advanced post in the "no man's land", but they are all time exposed to the negative-cover.
