Clairs sword [CLAYMORE anime]

Well, here we have a sword from the creator of [url="http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/;95214"]Crusher 2.0[/url]. This sword is apparently from the Claymore Anime. I've never actually seen Claymore, but I've heard it's pretty good.


The first observation I made about this sword is that it has the Outcast Saber stance, where you hold it upside down. The actual hilt is similar to Count Dooku's saber. I've always liked the stance, because it's something different. It's getting quite boring using the default stances in my opinion.

The overall structure of the sword is very good. Although, the size of this sword is fairly large. I felt like I was carrying around Pyramid Head's sword, which was creepy at the most. I noticed that the hilt seems a bit, what's the word.. plain. Maybe if you added some more detailed textures, because it definitely needs some ''flavor''. It also looks like the sword is almost medieval looking, or is that just me? Nevertheless, it's bound to be used in a massive killing spree soon enough.. >_>

From what I saw, the textures on the sword aren't that bad. They could be a little bit better, but that can always be done in a second version. Also, I noticed the little red symbol at the bottom of the blade. I'm assuming that's what is on the actual blade in the anime? In my honest opinion, it could use some improvements.

All in all, this is an amazing sword. I can picture myself having a lot of ''fun'' with this... >_>
