DeathCharge 9000

Darth InSidious is back with another mod for us to play with in the original [i]Knights of the Old Republic[/i] game. This time it’s a new blaster pistol model in the heavy pistol class called the "DeathCharge 9000".

This new blaster is a unique looking model with some red coloring on the textures. It’s got some nice stats to them and it’s upgradeable. Be default, heavy pistols have 1-8 energy damage. This one comes with an additional 1-4 piercing damage, and +1 added to the attack bonus and +2 to the enhancement. When you add all the four different upgrades that come with this blaster, you get 1-6 energy added (a total of 2-14) when putting in the energy cell upgrade, an additional +4 to your attack bonus (a total of +5) with the scope upgrade, extra range damage with the hair trigger upgrade, while adding keen to your blaster with the beam splitter upgrade.

A handy blaster to have and you can have spawn twins of these since they’re one-handed blasters to give you double the fire power. I believe this blaster can help you get through Taris since you’re not a Jedi yet during that time frame. Of course by tradition from the author, you will have to use the cheats to get it and you can find the information how to in the readme file. Enjoy the new blaster.
