Forge Lightsaber Hilt

Okay, when I saw this, it kind of reminded me of a club. Or some other bludgeoning weapon. But, that's just my first impression, it's actually a nice saber.

First off, it's supposed to show the inner workings of a lightsaber. While I've never really been concerned about that, it's a nice thing to be able to see. On to the details of the hilt.

It looks blocky, which, being something of a fledgling modeller myself, is explainable. You need [i]some[/i] space to work in. Although I would have scaled it down a bit, that's just me. But I must admit, if you want your saber to show its inner workings, you would want it to be a bit bigger, so you'd actually be able to see how it works!

One problem that I saw was that the blade itself goes through half the saber! And I mean the actual final blade. So, that's the one small problem that I was able to see.

Inyri has also given the option of overriding a default saber! I love it when people do this, as I get sick of the old sabers.
