Sith Lightsabre Replacement

Darth Rurik makes their KotORFiles debut with a mod which replaces the Sith Lightsaber that the player gets from the tomb of Naga Sadow on Korriban with a unique hilt by oldflash, and also makes the weapon upgradable.The model originally appeared as the yellow lightsaber in oldflash's Lightsaber Replacement Hilts mod for KotOR II, but Darth Rurik has given the weapon a red blade for its use here. This mod uses the TSLPatcher for ease of compatibility.

It's a little hard to address this mod in graphical terms since the model itself - the chief attraction of the mod - isn't by the mod's overall author. Nevertheless, leaving aside graphical concerns, the mod is well constructed, and the author clearly has a good understanding of the technical details of the game. The author has also managed to correctly set up the TSLPatcher, which is always a positive sign. Overall, there's little to complain about here, although some higher-resolution screenshots might have been nice. Nevertheless, if you wanted a unique hilt and the ability to upgrade the Sith Lightsaber from the tomb of Naga Sadow, this is definitely the mod for you.
