Bendak Bounty Rework

Remember in the original [i]Knights of the Old Republic[/i] game, when you’re stuck on Taris and you do the Dueling Ring quest and when you defeat Twitch to become champion, you have an opportunity to challenge Bendak Starkiller in a Death Match? Well, what is that side quest got shaken up a little?

I’m happy to say that Ulic is back with another mod. He created the [i]Prologue - Peragus - Harbinger Correction Mod[/i] back in April and updated it in May. If you’re already familiar with what he’s capable of, you will be happy to see the work that was put into this mod.

You may have noticed when you go into the dueling ring to fight Bendak, you automatically get dark side points? What if you didn’t get dark side points right away, but only if you choose to finish him off? In this new mod, you get a chance to spare him and turn him over to the local authorities, which is a light side ending and you get to fight Bendak to do it. Pretty clever idea if you ask me.

This mod does have new dialogue options in it. Granted the grammar does need some work, but so does the Ultimate Saber Mod, and that has 30,000 to 40,000 downloads (if you don’t just count this site’s total), so it’s not the end of the world. You can always learn to use the dialogue editor and make the necessary corrections. The mod does use the TSL Patcher for easy installation and a updated to the globalcat.2da file. Enjoy the new mod! :D
