Installation: 1. Make a copy of the particle.cfg ( It should be in the Rockstar Games/Grand Theft
Auto Vice City/data )
2. Extract the particle.cfg file to Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto Vice City/data
This will add some blue exhaust fumes to the vehicles in Vice City. They look kinda like blue jet flames on the bike.
