A couple of days ago I was playing Oblivion with the Frostcrag mod enabled, that gives you a home for your caster type char and adds a "furniture supplier" so you can make your new home the way its meant to be, Calindil, the owner of Mystic Emporium in the Imperial City was not opening his shop at 8am like everyone else. I removed the extra sleep command and it worked like a charm, Mystic Emporium was back in business!.
