2)More Durable Weapons and Armour Weapons and armour take damage 1/3 as quicklWhile this mod is unbalancing, it's not intended as a cheat mod, but was instead born of my frustration at my gauntlets breaking after every fight and my weapons having to be recharged after 2-3 Dremora.
