Description: Allows ALL NPCs to buy weapons/armor/ammo from you instead of dedicated ones at camps.
Note: The values are used to match the general rates for the medkits/food etc so it is set at 0.4,0.1 and 0.3,0.1
Feel free to This will enable ANY friendly/neutral stalker to buy weapons/guns/ammo from you at the same price as a "trader" at a specific camp. The values are set to match partially those of OL and partially CS vanilla for the medkits, etc.
