The game was supposed to trade new stuff with you after doing main tasks for clear sky (reinforce clear sky's hold over garbage, capture renegade base, capture paths to cordon) but it doesn't, so i made this little fix so it works now (tested myself)
Remember that items have a probability to be spawned
