Description
This is the update to my deanscream joke weapon. It is a modified sensor jammer from the romulan race that emits a series of Howard dean screams. It also has a longer range, and the wave it emits damages everything in its path by 400 points, includinVersion 2 of the Dean Scream.

Strange thing, I thought sound didn't travel in space.
