Sets fWorkshopWireMaxLength to a higher value. This removes all the limits in terms of how long the power lines can be in your settlement. Allowing you to build settlements on much bigger areas, without fear of not being able to route power into machines and buildings.
Recommend use with Increased Settler Population with Infinite Settlement Budget.
