Installation:

1- Open up Your san andreas folder, Then go to the models folder.
2- Backup the file named "effectsPC.txd"
3- Copy and paste my "effectsPC.txd" file into the models folder.
4-Here is a modification that will add flame exhausts to the game, highly recommended for anyone that wants to see fire coming out of their cars exhaust.
