Flee Further v1.0

Description
In vanilla Oblivion, if you were far enough away, you could shoot deer and other creatures and they wouldn't move even if you hit them. This is unrealistic and unchallenging.

I've modified a gameplay setting so that they run much further away froWith this mini mod, when you shoot them with arrows from far away, they will flee instead of just standing there. Now, you really have to be a good hunter and sneak up on creatures to get them.
