1) Move "aa_mod" folder in "Steam\steamapps\" folder
2) Also you need to extract ep2 content via GCFScape in
"Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2007\"
So it looks like "Source SDK Base 2007\ep2\"
note: Without point 2 mod will work uncorrect.
This method is universal to run SDK 2007 mods via steam.
