Iron Grip: The Oppression is a Total Conversion Modification for Half-Life 2. The game is set in the Iron Grip universe. Iron Grip has a complete new kind of game play. It combines First Person Shooters with Real Time Strategy elements in a complete new way. The new techniques provide the gamer with rising tension in a full scale city war. The beautiful fantasy architecture and other elements, which colors this mod brings you right into the Iron Grip conflict.

This game will be the first to provide real urban guerilla-warfare by a unique combination of elements taken from both first-person-shooters and real-time-strategy games. A player can choose one of two sides in this game - Rahmos or Resistance. The Rahmos side is a real-time-strategy game played by, initially, one person.

The Resistance side is represented by numerous players who play a first-person-shooter. Iron Grip is not just meant to provide new game play. It also gives you a small taste of what the Iron Grip universe is like. With new types of weaponry and combat, this should give an unforgettable experience.
