To install the mod, first make sure you have Half-Life: Chronicles - Episode One installed, then extract the archive with Xen-Warrior into your directory.
On Windows, this is probably located at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life
On Linux, this is probably located at
~/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Half-Life
Then restart Steam, and the mod will appear in your Steam library.
