Hardcore Mode The Mod

Description
Makes the zone a much tougher place!

Features:
-A better economy, money is meaningful now!
-Make enemies of your friends! Now when you get a particular achievement (like One of Us), your standing is adjusted like the description says (so bandits are now hostile throughout the zone).
-Lowered effectiveness of health items, now you can't chain chug them to keep yourself up in a firefight!
-Anomalies and radiation are more dangerous across the board!
-Enemies drop much, much fewer health related items, medical supplies on traders actually get bought now!
-Enemies can see you from farther away now, some are tougher, and some are faster!
-Armor re-balance, doubled the costs and they provide much less anomalous protection.
