put the HHO_skin.rez in the custom map folder OR dont have a folder called custom MAKE ONE
at the start of game in command line type -rez custom\\HHO_skin.rez

remember some skins cant be played on servers due to server mod tools blocking cheat skins. servers must have the crc checking turned off
