Description
Want to have a really cool cheat item to play with in the first Knights of the Old Republic game? Yeah, it’s a strong word for what this mod does, but let’s face it when a game like this is this old, modders like to do some tweaking and it is the downloaders who reap the benefits for it if you like having items that really give you a boost.

Star Admiral gives us something that really will help you after a long grueling battle. They are armbands that can heal you instantly once the battle is over. Here’s the bonus to it. If you’re a Jedi, it will regenerate all of your Force points you lost that you’re still trying to recover. There are many items that give you a huge advantage on this site and this is one of them. Read the readme for more information about how this works.

This mod does use the TSL Patcher for installation. Judging by how the contents are set up in the changes.ini file located in the tslpatchdata folder, if you double-click the TSLPatcher.exe file, it will automatically install the mod without you having to point and click the folder you installed the mod at. Though it may give you trouble if you don’t have it set up with the default directory being:

C:/Program Files/LucasArts/SWKotOR
*except they're backslashes instead of forward slashes, but this site's system won't show those

I’ve heard of some complaints about that in the past, so if you’re one of those people who installed the game in a different location than was asked of you, open the changes.ini file and change the “LookupGameFolder=1” to “LookupGameFolder=0”. It’s at the top when you first open the file. That way you can then manually select where you have installed your game and have the mod installed.

Keep in mind that there will be changes to the dialogue.tlk file and if you ever get the urge to uninstall your game and decide to reinstall it later when you feel like playing it again, make sure you backup the dialogue.tlk file before you uninstall it so you won’t have trouble using mods that have made changes to that file after you have reinstalled the game and this is one of those mods where you want to keep this in mind. Enjoy! :D
