Klingon Vorka

Well, I'm sure most of us have seen this in the Forums, if not, go have a look :p

nevertheless, this ship would serve as an update from after the Vor'cha, though I wouldn't have thought her to match the power of the Voodieh / Negh'Var. Still, no doubt she would make an excellent Cruiser, and would fulfil her roles too.

This shiny new Klingon toy is what I think really is representative of the Klingon ship building philosophy, "build it big and build it with as many weapons on it as possible"! Obviously, that's fitting to my taste already, but it does simply look quite cool. The textures are nice and sharp (and could be upped in resolution easily, further increasing the quality) whilst the model it self is, pretty much, flawless. One should particularly note the obvious link to the Vor'Cha, as the model is basically a build up of that and the nice weapon points for you to fire your Klingony spirit at the enemy...this of course being disruptors and torpedoes.

It plays nicely too. Fits right in as a heavy cruiser, so just underneath the battleships (including the Qeh'Ral) but easily replaces the Vor'Cha as the third most powerful ship in the armada based on stock to which this is nicely balanced to. Its additional weaponry doesn't come at a cost; it's hull, although strong, isn't as high as the battleships whilst it also takes a long time to build and costs a fair bit in resources. Brilliantly, it comes with Borg textures along with your build button, wireframe and admiral's pic. All in all, it's a nice package and a cool Klingon ship.
