Description
MaxRiga is a mod which adds additional technologies, such as technology unit.
This means that you can train a fighter or a chopper only if you have developed technology of the plane/chopper/tank.

MaxRiga mod also adds many new units to your game and the author has developed MaxRiga mod only for his own scenarios, should you choose to play them.
