Ulmont returns with an armour pack, consisting of eight new armours: Republic Medium Armor, Sith Medium Armor, Czerka Medium Combat Armor, Baragwin Medium Armor, Scavenger's Medium Armor, Bounty Hunter Medium Armor, CorSec Medium Armor and CSF Armor. Each of these has its own texture for both male and female models.
He has classed these as medium armours, although they do make use of the "class 4" light armour model. As an optional extra, the mod comes with some files to drop into your Override if you prefer to loot your armours in-game rather than cheat them into your inventory. The mod does not make use of the TSLPatcher, so be warned that you may well experience compatibility issues with this mod.
The mod is of a good quality, and the skins are of a good level of work. Another thing which is not immediately noticeable about this mod, but is nevertheless worth pointing out as particularly laudable is that the author has actually made a good effort to balance these armours appropriately. It's refreshing to review an item mod that isn't overpowered for once :D .
The mod might be improved in a few ways; the use of the TSLPatcher would greatly reduce potential compatibility issues, and the item descriptions contain quite a few spelling errors whih may distract some people. Also, the armour textures are at times a bit samey, and can also seem a little too brightly coloured. Nevertheless, these are small matters or issues of taste, in truth, and this is still amongst the best item mods to have been released recently, and if you are looking for more medium armours, then this is most certainly the mod for you!
