Another edition of Motor´s Modded Melange of Mods by Other Modders and Own Stuff, this time with a cool installer!!!

This update adds in an option to select the difficulty during setup.

- removed 9x18 ammo-spawn in boxes in the first area

- removed hp muni to buy from the duty-freak
- removed svu / 7.62x54 ammo from the duty-freak
- repairprices incrased. now it will cost you 600% of the itemprice, to repar a item with 0% condition. its *real* unrealistic, that the total repair of an item (ie: replace all parts of the item) const 100% itemprice, as itemprices are 300% for buing at traders. The treshold from where on a new item will actualy be cheaper than the repair is somwhere like 55%-60% condition (40%-45% damage). as repairprices are not shown bevore repair, check the condition and think bevore you press that button! save culd not hurt, too. mainreason for the change: make the game more interesting.
