Multiplayer Save Mod V1.1

Description
This mod is a continuation of Spliff\'s original \'Multiplayer Save Mod FA\' at http://warriorhut.org/forged_alliance/multiplayer_save/

This mod is designed to save all interactive units on the map (units, structures, ACUs, etc) into the prefs file so the game\'s state can be recreated later by loading the file.

The mod adds a save/load UI option to the multiplayer menu that gives a user friendly file selector to handle save file management.

The only things I added to Spliff\'s original mod are the following:
-Having active shield units on the map caused a fatal crash on save
-Buildings and units now correctly resume construction/upgrading on load
-Commander enhancements are saved
-Strategic missile defense ammo is now saved

I essentially polished it up and made it usable.
