Description
I made this micro-mod some days ago. I cannot give any support at the moment, but some people have used it and didn't report any issues, so I guess it's alright.

This mod changes the condition of dropped weapons in OL 2.2, so they are not all totally crap. The condition depends on the rank and the faction of the stalker.

Read the info.txt for installation notes.

>> Note that grenade explosions should still damage dropped weapons, as they do now.

>> How it works internally (don't read if you don't care):

1. Factions have these basic quality:
stalker = 25,
duty = 50,
freedom = 50,
bandit = 25,
merc = 55,
ecolog = 55,
military = 60,
monolith = 50,
zombie = 10

2. On top of that comes the rank quality:
Novice = 0
Experienced = 10
Veteran = 20
Master = 30

3. Then there is a random value between 0 and 10 added.

That means the calculation is: (0-10) + community base + rank base

So with some luck a master military will drop 100% weapon but at least it will be 90%.
Rookie zombies will drop nothing above 20%. etc..
