P-Fleet Sovereign Class

Description
Adds 2 Sovereign Class ships (seperate from the P81 or stock ones), one with a name and one without. They have a few systems renamed, like Warp Core renamed Twist Core for example. If I made a mistake with the new names, tell me. I also included a different Galaxy hardpoint with 'Torpedo' changed to 'Light Ball' & 'Shuttlebay' changed to 'Sledbay', and an alternate Kickstart hardpoint with 'Bridge' changed to 'Pirk' so you can shoot him.

At emperorsteele's suggestion, I also gave the Kickstart (but not the genereric Sovereign) a selection of 'Fukov Light Balls' that do almost no damage. 'Almost' because, even without explosives inside, they still impact the Hull of the target. You get 12 of them because I could only cout them firing 12 in the movie.
