This vehicle is a mod of Rock Star's GTA SA Pizzaboy, reskinned to replace the HPV100 Copbike.

To Install:

Extract pizzaboy.dff from your gta3.img file, using GTA IMGtool or whatever you find best, and rename the file to copbike.dff.

Backup Here is a detailed Police Scooter, a detailed and well made scooter that will either replace the HPV 100 Copbike or any other vehicle of your choice within GTA San Andreas.
