The latest iteration of Reality S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is here, and at version 1.3. The mod works with patch 1.0004, and included with the file is a list of changes for version 1.3:

-WORKS WITH VERSION 1.0004
-removed the stronger mosters for the time being, as they were causing some problems with the new patch. they will be reinstated in the next update to the mod
-other things may or may not have changed. I had to modify and remake a few files in order to get the game to work with the new mod. in the next update there will be a new Read Me which will tell all of the modifacations to the game to date. however I can not think of anything else I have removed
-tweaked the traders. normal stalkers now buy more items(uniques) and a few traders sell unique guns, but not cheep around 2x as much as there normal counter parts, and there hard to find. as well all normal guns are a little less common. prices have only changed on how much thigns are bought for by the traders. some tings are highter and some are lower. it gives the traders a little more \'personality\' then before
-tweaked the drop boxes some more, I had made a small mistake were some boxes were putting out 10x as much items as they should be
-weapon degrade rates have been tweaked dramaticly. there is now a file (in the .zip) stating just how many rounds can be fired before the gun will be at 0% degraded[/quote]
