This is a simple mod that adds the house of a rich merchant to the east of Leyawin. The house is richly decorated bCreates a rich merchant outside Leyawin's East gate that has an enormous amount of money and will buy anything not stolen. He also sells a few interesting magical items as well (eg a potion that turns you into a vampire).
