Rise of the Reds SWR Edition has finally been released! The team that makes this mods originates from Shockwave-Mod and WarGames Zero Hour; two very professional mods that are fantastic. In this version, a brand new faction had been added: the Russian Federation. This version also has revamped gameplay elements, models, textures, particle effects, and sounds. Every unit has been rebalanced to ensure fun, balanced gameplay.

The new Russian Federation has the most powerful units in the game, but their infantry is weak individually; they are cheaply trained and are trained quickly, but they only are effective in numbers. Upgrades for the Russian Federation will reduce costs of your units and increase firepower for your units as well. The USA, China, and the GLA have been revamped also.

There is a new "Anti-Aircraft Tier System", which will give aircraft a better chance to survive by lower tier Anti-Aircraft fire. The best against other aircraft in this mod are the Tier 3 units: other aircraft that engage the enemy in the skys! New maps and harder computer opponents complete this mod as being a great mod for time to come.
