Description
Since I made a new romulan cruiser3, I thought it necessary to do something about the weaknesses of the other romulan cruisers. This small mod I created to make the other 2 Romulan cruisers in strength equal to the Federation and Klingon ships.

InHere we got another mod for the Romulan Empire by Aad Moerman.
