v1.09 extracts to the folder "Balance Mod v105+" - thiSpace Empires V: The Balance Mod is an attempt to provide a set of balanced data files for SE:V that follow the spirit of the standard game along with a more competitive AI. This version requires the game to be patched to version 1.44.
