Surya Subclass Variant Mk1

Description
Following the incursion of an advanced hostile race known only as the \"Furies\" near the boarder of Federation and Klingon Space.
Starfleet brought about the retrofitting of the latest Surya Class into a highly armed Sensor Platform that would not only be an advaned warning but if needed, defend against another incursion.
Named after Dora Ester Cohen who was the grandmother of the founder of the newly formed OutaLance Shipyards.
The Dora was the most advanced vessal of her time, but due to the swiftness of construction a major flaw presented itself after several skirmishes with klingon ships a set of aft firing phasers nearly cut through the support pylon to the sensor pod.
Starfleet however used the increased size of the computer core to set an automatic cutoff to the phaser banks, thus solving the problem.
Dora Ester Cohen passed away at 9:05pm (GMT) on the 27th of December 2005 she was surrounded by her family, and was laid to rest the following day.
She was a very caring, passionate, strong Woman untill the end she saw the slaughter of her fellow Polish and Isreali family and friends at the hands of Nazis her Husband was Killed in Auschwitz.
While in england during the Second World war she wrote letters and Translated writen orders to Polish Troops with the help of her mother as they spoke Polish, German, Hebrew and Russian.
She survived the Blitz of WW2 where she did more good deeds than can be counted.
She was born August 5th 1914 in the same Village that was seen in the opening of Schindlers List and left a mere 2 weeks before the Nazis burned it to the ground.
Choochie (as i called her) was an Avid TOS Fan her favorite film was ST:II WoK.
She will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
Raise a glass and salute one of the finest human beings I have ever had the privalige of knowing.
She shaped my life, and helped make me the person I have become.
She will live on forever in my heart and my soul.
Rest in peace Choochie, I miss you but know you are sleeping well and having the sweetest of dreams.
