Wookiee as PC

It’s update time. JcoolZombie returns with the second version of his pre-selected Wookiee PC to play with in the original [i]Knights of the Old Republic[/i] to help all those non-modders out there who also have trouble working tk102’s KSE.

This new version of the mod makes it so you can choose your character starting class. As you start a game normally in KOTOR, you get to choose three different character classes; soldier, scout, and scoundrel. The issue with the last version of the mod was you could only be a scout. If there are those who didn’t want to download the last version because you couldn’t choose either soldier or scoundrel, now you can. Reason being is the author added the function to choose the character class with the TSL Patcher. So choose what you want as your class when installing this mod with the TSL Patcher.

If you’re new to this concept, this will give you a saved game with your PC was a Wookiee with the only difference this time is you can select your character class. I did test out using the TSL Patcher to see how this would work and it installed it perfectly. The only thing is it creates a Game 1 save, so it could possibly save over it if you don’t back it up; that’s if you want to keep it. I didn’t test out that part to see if it would override it, so to be safe, just back it up.

This is an interesting concept for a mod and hopefully those who are fans of this type of concept will be happy with the update. It will be funny to see Zaalbar telling your PC that he’s impressed that you know the wookiee language even though you’re a wookiee. :lol: Enjoy the mod! :D
