Clouds 1st Skins

Mod name seems to be an omen of things to come, yes? Well as most modders will say, releasing your first [u](insert mod type here)[/u] is not a good idea. It was even less of a good idea to release these skins. The skinner [i]totally missed the concept here[/i]. He seems to understand how to compile a skin and get it to work in-game. As for making the skin itself? Well, that\'s a whole different story.

Picture this: you have the stormtrooper model, and instead of reskinning it, you just throw Jan\'s textures on it without altering the texture maps to fit the stormtrooper model. This has been done, along with a few other similar skins. More than one of the skins has missing textures, more tha none has misaligned textures, and at least one has sounds of the opposite gender. Rather than describing all the skins, I will tell the author to [b]stop[/b], [b]think[/b] about what you\'re doing, and [b]don\'t[/b] spend 5 minutes each on ten skins, but [b]more[/b] time on one skin and release something you\'re really happy with.
